EYELINER TATTOO . SEMI PERMANENT EYELINER
Before your eyeliner treatment, we will undertake a consultation. We will talk about your skin, your medical history and what you would like to achieve from your session. This can be done over the phone, face to face or on the same day as your treatment.
To ensure your comfort a local anaesthetic cream can be applied before commencing the eyeliner procedure.
Once your local anesthetic cream has has time to work, we will draw in your liner with pencil. Once you are happy with the design we will begin the treatment. Some people even fall asleep during their session
Simple aftercare is explained, and you will be given information to take away.
You will likley have some puffiness immediately after your treatment, but only very slight - this is normal and to be expected.
Enjoy Your Results!! Your colour will settle over the days and weeks, and you can enjoy your results for around 2 years before a retouch is required to keep the colour looking fresh
We customize the design of your lash line or permanent eyeliner based on your individual needs, shape of your eyes, as well as personal style. Your artist will work with you to help choose color and design.
The eyeliner or lash line procedure is more psychologically scary to most clients than anything else. It is actually very very comfortable to have done. An pre-numbing anesthetic is applied to the eyelids for numbing prior and during the procedure. Every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the duration of the procedure.
Please stop using any and all lash serums for a minimum of 3 months prior to your permanent eyeliner procedure. The reason is that those types of serums are stimulants. The will make your eyelids too fragile and vascular for cosmetic tattooing. As a result, your eyelids will bleed and bruise. After your eyeliner procedure is completed, you should wait 4 weeks to start your serum usage again.

There may be mild swelling. The swelling may last up to 48 hours. The color will appear darker the first week. This will gradually lighten during the complete healing process. No need to hide away
Permanent eyeliner is a cosmetic tattoo. The pigment will fade over time and we recommend Touch-Up to keep them looking their best. Generally a retouch is required at 1-5 years.
Eyeliner Aftercare Instructions It is essential that you follow these instructions after your microblading session.
Mild to moderate swelling is normal. A clean ice bag can be applied for the first few hours if you wish. Ten (10) minutes on and ten (10) minutes off. Ensure that you are moving the ice, not just keeping it in one place.
Following the procedure, you may find the area a little puffy for the first few mornings. An ice bag placed on the eyelid on the second day for a few minutes in the morning, along with sleeping somewhat propped up on your back will make a difference if you know that you have a tendency to swell. Use only an artificial tears product to moisten and cleanse eye area if needed.
There is no need to apply any aftercare balm or oil.
During the initial healing period:
Don’t use contact lenses on the day of the procedure
Don’t use chlorine pools for one week
Don’t use soaps, facial cleansers on pigmented area for 2-3 days
Don’t use eyeliner or mascara for 7-10 days until flaking is finished (included non- allergenic)
Begin with NEW mascara/eyeliner until fully healed.
Don’t use jacuzzi, sauna, 7-10 days
Don’t Retin A on pigmented area
Don’t have hot, long, steamy showers or baths 7-10 days
Don’t use eyelash curlers 7-10 days
Don’t use terry towels on pigmented area 7-10 days
Shower with your back to the water to avoid water, shampoo and conditioner from getting into the pigmented area.
IF EYES BECOME INFECTED, call your GP and obtain prescription for eye drops. Do not rub eyes doing so may cause damage. Do not be alarmed by fading after first application. The final color cannot be judged until 3 weeks after touch up applications are completed.
